  1. I WOULD LIKE TO WIN HOMERS Odyssey, iM A CAT PERSON MYSELF. i HAVE 3 CATS AND WOULD LOVE TO READ THIS BOOK AS ITS A TOUCHING STORY.

  2. My four-legged children and I have read Homer’s Odyssey, so the Natural Cat Book would be great! (I absolutely loved Homer!) I’m trying to feed my felines well, but sometimes it’s hard to know what’s healthy. My “inside kids” eat more healthily than the “outside kids,” as the “outsides” are all feral and tamed-feral children and they get fed whatever is cheap.

  3. The Natural Cat as we lost our dear, Caddy, on 01/21/11 as her caregiver had neglected her. All we have are memories and remnants of her presence here on Earth! She was aging and was in serious need of Respite Care. Her caregiver would only groom her and she passed away two weeks later at age 21.
In loving memory of our amazing Caddy,

  4. We adore books and contest, to combine the two is just irresistible!

QM has expressed wishes to win a copy of Homer’s Odyssey. She has read excerpts from it and is in a good Spring-can’t-come-soon-enough Leaky Eyes mood!

It also reminds her of an assignment she had as a schoolgirl in her 7th year, to write a paper on both Homer’s Odyssey and Iliad. She seems to vaguely remember having autographed copies of the first edition of each…

Thank you kindly for hosting such a lively contest! We must cherish books while we have them to contribute to the dust-collecting in one’s abode before being replaced by one instrument QM would easily lose track of *sigh*

  5. I would love to have a copy of “The Natural Cat”. I feed my cats a natural diet to keep them healthy and vibrant. I firmly believe they are much healthier because of the care I give them and this would be a great reference book to have on hand.

  6. Hi Liz,
I would love to win either as both sound great in their own unique way!
And thank you for helping us with our flea “situation” with your wonderful suggestions of using brewers yeast daily and flea combing. Both have helped a LOT! Violet and Giro thank you for that, as do we.
    Jenna and Eric

  7. Wow, we would really love a copy of the natural cat! I’m going to have kittens some time this year, and the human says it would really help out with the birthing to have something like this.

  8. Audrey says, “The Teenage Mutant Ninja Kitty Horde, which has four Tims and one Princess (me!) would like to enter the contest for Homer’s Odyssey. Da Boys told me that mom already has a copy of The Natural Cat. This sounds like a great contest! Mom reads bunches and bunches of books, even though she still takes time out to hold hair bands for me to grab. ::pouts:: But for some reason she won’t let me get on dad’s nightstand so I can steal his!! It is so unfair!! After all, all hair bands belong to me!!

  9. Just when I think I know everything about cats, I discover that I don’t…”The Natural Cat…” sounds like it could teach me some new and useful things about teh kittehs! =^. .^=

  10. Let’s try this again… I would love to win a copy of Natural Care, because I have a small cat rescue and have heard a lot of great things about the book. I had written down Holistic Cat in my comment above, but couldn’t find a way to delete and start over. So, I figured I would try again.

  11. The Natural Cat — it is a great compendium of healing and preventive (holistic) care for your Cat — AND maybe even the HUMAN can get some good personal advice from all the great info.

  12. I would like to win a copy of “The Natural Cat.” I recently lost a cat to kidney disease and natural remedies worked wonders toward making her comfortable in her illness.

  13. I’d love to win a copy of The Natural Cat. I have a copy of Homer’s Odyssey, and thanks to reading it just before I was finished with my Christmas shopping, all my cat people friends have one, too! 🙂
